This page explains how to request deletion of your Halluna account and the personal data associated with it. Halluna is operated by Future Sense Tech (Hong Kong) Limited.
If you can't access the app, email us from the address associated with your account and we will process your deletion request.

Please include the email address registered to your Halluna account so we can verify your identity.
We will verify your request and complete deletion within 30 days.

Any retained information is kept only for as long as required and is then deleted or de-identified. Anonymized or aggregated data that can no longer be linked to you may be retained.
Note: Deleting your account does not automatically cancel a paid subscription purchased through the App Store or Google Play. Please cancel your subscription separately in your Apple or Google account settings to avoid future charges.
