Halluna uses artificial intelligence to generate responses. Your messages are processed to produce replies and to maintain conversational context. To deliver this functionality, conversation content may be processed by trusted third-party AI infrastructure providers acting on our behalf under contractual confidentiality and data-protection obligations.
Important: Halluna is a companionship and emotional-wellbeing product. It is not a medical, mental-health, legal, or emergency service, and its responses do not constitute professional advice. If you are in crisis or may be a danger to yourself or others, please contact your local emergency services or a qualified professional immediately.
We do not sell your personal information. We share information only as described below:
We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service, and thereafter only as required to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. When you delete your account, we delete or de-identify your personal information within a commercially reasonable period, except where retention is required by law. Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or export your personal information, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to withdraw consent. These rights apply, among others, to residents of the European Economic Area and the United Kingdom (GDPR) and California (CCPA/CPRA).

Halluna is intended for users aged 16 and over and is not directed to children under the age of 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16. If you believe a child under 16 has provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can remove it.
We are based in Hong Kong and may process and store information in Hong Kong and other countries where we or our service providers operate. These countries may have data-protection laws different from those in your jurisdiction. Where required, we implement appropriate safeguards for such transfers.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, provide additional notice within the app. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
