These Terms of Service ("Terms") form a binding agreement between you and Future Sense Tech (Hong Kong) Limited ("Halluna", "we", "us", or "our") and govern your access to and use of the Halluna application and related services (the "Service"). Please read them carefully. By downloading, accessing, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service. By using Halluna, you represent and warrant that you are 16 or older and that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
Halluna provides an AI-powered companionship and emotional-wellbeing experience that lets you chat with a virtual companion. The Service is provided for personal, non-commercial use, for entertainment, companionship, and general wellbeing purposes. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to provide accurate information and to notify us promptly of any unauthorized use. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

Halluna is not a substitute for professional help. Conversations are generated by artificial intelligence and may be inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate. The Service does not provide medical, mental-health, legal, financial, or other professional advice. If you are experiencing a crisis or emergency, contact your local emergency services or a qualified professional immediately.
You understand that AI responses are automatically generated and do not reflect the views of Halluna. You are responsible for how you use any information provided through the Service.
Certain features may require a paid subscription or in-app purchase. Purchases are processed by the Apple App Store or Google Play and are subject to their respective terms.
The Service, including its software, design, branding, and content (excluding your own inputs), is owned by or licensed to Future Sense Tech (Hong Kong) Limited and is protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for personal use in accordance with these Terms. You retain ownership of the content you submit, and you grant us a license to use it as necessary to operate and improve the Service.
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or if we discontinue the Service. Upon termination, the rights granted to you will cease, and provisions that by their nature should survive will continue to apply.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE, OR THAT AI-GENERATED CONTENT WILL BE ACCURATE OR SUITABLE FOR YOUR PURPOSES.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, FUTURE SENSE TECH (HONG KONG) LIMITED AND ITS AFFILIATES WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, PROFITS, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong, except where applicable consumer-protection law provides otherwise.
